The Barrington Irving Technical Training School has now launched its junior program, BITTSjr, to inspire and prepare the next generation of aviation and STEM leaders.

Designed specifically for middle and high school students, BITTSjr introduces young learners to career pathways in aviation, transportation, manufacturing, and other high-demand technical fields while they are still in school. Through engaging, hands-on experiences and structured technical exposure, students gain early insight into industries that are actively shaping the future.

Inspired by the accomplishments and passion of Captain Barrington Irving, BITTSjr bridges the gap between education and opportunity—providing mentorship, real-world training, and access to industry-recognized certifications before graduation.

Our mission is to cultivate confidence, curiosity, and career readiness at an early age, creating a strong pipeline of skilled young professionals equipped to meet the growing workforce demands of tomorrow.
